This very flexible filler can be 4, 6 ,8 or 12 gear head filler that can fill from very light to thick products, like water, honey, shampoo, cream, lotion etc. Having a configurable double dive system it can be setup as a full dive or as a partial dive with just a touch on the control panel screen, the partial dive can oscillate up and down any distance at any point on the dive range an other feature standard in this filler is a double gating configuration, also with a button on the touch screen it can change from gap gating to down stream gating for more stable bottles. The pneumatic gating system included with this amazing filler is fully adjustable for any bottle size, from gallons to small bottles and from gap gating to down stream gating. A very easy to adjust nozzle system plus the fact that nor the nozzle or the pump need any tools to be remove and disassemble to be clean, allow the operator to make very easy and fast change over. The 12 liters per minute pumps and pneumatic internal shutoff nozzles are made with SS316L and Teflon to make it compatible with all products. |
